# Messaging

The Freelancer marketplace allows Customers and Freelancers to message one another. The conversation flow is designed to work as follows:

* The Customer finds a service they are interested in and chooses to message the Freelancer by clicking on the 'Message me' button
* The Freelancer responds and they agree on terms for the service

All open conversations can be accessed via the 'Messages' tab of the dashboard:

Clicking on a specific conversation will bring the user to the 'views-messages' tab where they can see all past messages sent and send additional messages.
