Video Tutorial

The below video tutorial demonstrates how to generate PDFs of a single element (relevant section is from 03:13):

Instructions

  • Drop the PDF Creator element on the page

You must also ensure the 'This element is visible on page load' box for the PDF Creator element is checked.

  • Add an ID attribute to the element you wish to PDF

  • Add a 'Generate PDF Creator' workflow action to a button (or some other trigger)

  • Add the ID Attribute of the element you are PDF'ing to the ID Attribute input field on the Generate PDF Creator action

  • Select a scale value (it is recommended you start off with 2)

When the button is clicked (or however the workflow is triggered), a PDF will now be generated.

Demo app

You can view an example of the workflow action required to generate a PDF of a single element in the demo app at the below link (relevant section is the 'Generating a PDF for one element' section)
