# Key features

The Stripe Connect - Marketplace plugin simplifies the payments aspect of running a digital marketplace. Here are some of the key things you can do with the plugin:

* Onboard sellers and allow them to create their own Stripe Express accounts on your platform
* Split one-off payments between your platform and sellers
* Give merchants access to their own Stripe Dashboard
* Allow merchants to set their own payout schedule (daily, weekly, monthly)
* Refund customers who transact with your platform
* Split subscription payments between your platform and sellers
* Allow customers to cancel subscriptions via the Stripe Billing Portal
* Delayed payments (useful for services marketplaces like Fiverr/Upwork)
* Invoices
