### **Common error**

If you are getting the following error code when running the plugin:

*Plugin action Stripe Connect - {workflow name} error when parsing the response: the key error is not part of the btype definition*

Please follow the steps outlined in the [Debugging Errors](/stripe-connect-marketplace/useful-tips/debugging-errors.md) section first 🙂

### Support queries

If you still can't out the issue please:

* Make your Bubble editor public for everyone to view
* Include a link to your editor in the support request
* Let us know the specific page/workflow where the error is occurring
